Does Scriva work with Skype without installing anything?
Yes. Scriva captures the telehealth audio straight from your browser or computer: no bots or extensions added to Skype.
Does the patient need to do anything different on Skype?
No. The patient joins as usual. We only recommend telling them you use an AI clinical scribe, as GDPR requires.
Where is the data processed?
On servers in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio is not retained and data is never used to train models.
